Many of our events are covered by the press. Following is a brief account of the press releases by leading newspapers/magazines:
“The youth is the hope of our future” – Jose Rizal
When it comes to building our global future, and to solve future crisis, lead countries, innovate & preserve systems of justice, there is no greater asset than today’s youth!
And so, Govt. of India had launched the “National Youth Parliament Scheme”, managed by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Its aim is to engage youth in active citizenship and leadership, so as to strengthen the roots of democracy.
As part of the ‘National Youth Parliament Festival 2023’, a state level debate competition was organized on 7th Feb 2023, in Jaipur. We feel so proud that our very own Ms Rashmi Dhariwal was impaneled as one of the 5 esteemed Jury members for the same.
Topics for the debate were:
66 young girls & boys participated in the competition, all of whom were winners of their respective district levels!
It was wonderful to hear the revolutionary & innovative views of our youth on these burning topics. Looking at their confidence, hope & ground-breaking ideas, there is no doubt that they really do have a great potential to generate a positive social, economic & environmental change in the world.
